This research-based theory posits that, when communication difficulties are present between Autistics and Non-Autistics, this is a result of their neurological differences. It is NOT a result of lack of empathy on the part of the Autistics, but difficulty that both Autistics and Non-Autistics have communicating with different neurotypes.
