Self-pay, meaning that you pay the full fee in advance at the time of services (but also see "Superbills" below).

$200 for the first therapy session

If I am out of network with your plan, you can seek partial reimbursement from your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill (an invoice with billing codes) that you can file with your plan for this.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must notify me by email, portal message, or phone at least 24 hours in advance or 50% of the full fee for the appointment will be charged (not just the copay/coinsurance). The same fee applies for no-shows without 24 hours notice. The appointment time has been set aside for you and cannot be filled with another client without adequate notice. I appreciate your understanding.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We do accept HSA/FSA cards, as long as they are issued by one of the major card brands (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or Amex). Payment will be made through a secure patient portal. It is required that a credit card be kept on file in the client portal. This card will be charged on the day services are provided or the day that a late cancellation or no-show occurs. We cannot accept cash, checks, ACH transfers, physical credit cards in the office, or payment apps (i.e. PayPal, Venmo, etc.).
