Out-of-Network with Superbills​ Provided

• All other plans

• Self-pay, meaning that you pay the full fee in advance at the time of services (but also see "Superbills" below).

  • Therapy:

    • $200 for the first therapy session

    • $175 for all other 55-minute therapy sessions 

• Superbills Available

  • If I am out of network with your plan, you can seek partial reimbursement from your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill (an invoice with billing codes) that you can file with your plan for this.
